"This property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the entire space had a strong smoke odor, making it uncomfortable to even stay inside. My husband has asthma, and the environment was not safe for him to be in, so we were forced to leave shortly after arriving.The cleanliness was unacceptable. "Nice ambiance inside and out. Great AC and ceiling fan (we want one just like it now). It was a nice retreat after 6 days of college tours. Cabin is in the middle of lots of hiking and river fun. Nothing bad about the cabin, just be aware there’s only a couple places to eat within miles and their hours / days vary. Oark Country Store and Byrd’s are nearby and both are excellent. "
