Great Cabin in Oark
Had the best time❤️❤️ Great location for all the trails, got to ride out everyday from the cabin. The owners were very nice and helpful. Very clean and great views.

Love the Cabin
We are small group of friends and family that enjoy Oark and riding ATV trails. This is our 4th year. We have stayed at this cabin and the other one near by all 4 years. Beautiful setting on the river. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Very nice fire pit area. Wonderful memories are made here every year.

Beautiful property with a great view. It was a great experience being right by the general store and being able to ride all around the mountain. Perfect place to bring the family to experience the Ozarks.

I cannot say enough about how nice this place was. We liked the layout of the house and the wood construction. It was so clean and had everything we needed. It had comfy throw blankets on the couch while we watched a movie. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!!!

We stayed here with two other couples for a trail riding getaway. Location is great, secluded, relaxing and trails are accessible and easy to follow using Avenza maps. House was clean and perfect for our stay. Would definitely have stayed a few extra nights if we could.

Weekend on the Mulberry River
The cabin was very nice, the river was low but expected that. The area is very pretty, the town of Oark is quite interesting. The only problem was getting to the cabin. GPS would send you down rough gravel roads for miles which made it very difficult when towing trailers with utvs.

Great clean place. Very peaceful. We are so thankful that they let us bring out dog. He enjoyed swimming and running around freely. We saw a couple of deers in the morning. Highly recommend this place.

Host was SO responsive and helpful!
We loved this property. It was well kept, clean and in nature away from the hustle and bustle. The host is amazing!!! He even came by our cabin to help us find ATV trails!! He was friendly and kind and very responsive and helpful! He genuinely cared if we had a great stay and did all he could to make sure we did. Beautiful cabin on the river. It was low but it is august. I can’t imagine how beautiful fit is in the months of rainfall.

Picture perfect place to unwind!
I can not express how perfect this place was. The pictures do not do it justice. We had 2 families both with kids and the purpose of our short get away was to seclude ourselves and unwind. We were able to do exactly that. Everything you could think of needing was there, seriously just bring the food. We didn't need to leave once. The river was perfect for the kids to play in, the current was not to strong. The scenery was beautiful, the fire pit and swings were great. We definitely left feeling refreshed!

We had an amazing stay. Wanted to float but the river was to low but we found several wonderful fishing holes and had a relaxing vacation. Highly recommend.

The Cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Was nice to have a washer and dryer to come home with clean clothes. The river was refreshing and although the water was too low to canoe we enjoyed with the grandkids playing in the water. We caught lots of crawfish and even a bass. The fire pit was utilized nightly. We would definately stay again!

Mountain Getaway
The house was very accommodating for our family of 5 (three teenagers). Parking underneath the house was nice for shade and ATVs. River was nice- there was some rain before we arrived so there was a nice little waterfall sound (just a trickle but nice). Fire pit and swings were nice to relax in the evening and make s’mores. Air conditioning was fantastic in this Arkansas heat. Will likely stay there again in the future.

The cabin was perfect. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and the best part was the river. The property is absolutely beautiful. It was also a great location for us to ride our side by sides. We had a very relaxing weekend and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place
We had a great time here, everything we needed was on the property including kitchen plates and utensils. We stayed three nights, slept well and ate well. Showers are great, water is great, with plenty of pressure. Only complaint I have is the gas grill which is not usable. If you plan to cook bring some wood and use the grate provided for the fire pit. We cooked steaks this way and they all turned out fantastic. I would stay here again and recommend this place to anyone. Beautiful surroundings lots of exploring to do around the property without a long ride.

Wonderful location
This VRBO is completely under-sold on it's description. This place is amazing! It's very secluded and has a small waterfall area a few feet away. We didn't catch any fish, but saw fish and even deer nearby. We kept saying "I could live here!" the whole time! This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed in! Worth every penny!

Fantastic house along the river
This house was perfect for our family of 5. Everything we needed was there and the host was super communicative. We relaxed and played in the river, roasted smores in the evening, and explored the local food options. Burger Barn and Oark General Store are a must!

Everything about this rental was wonderful! The owners were so easy to communicate with and they have created the perfect house in the most perfect setting. Oark Cafe and General Store is a must! Another wonderful stay in Oark
This was our second trip to Oark and our second stay on Kris’s rental properties. Both did not disappoint. Rode great trails on our rzr’s. Saw some bears! We had three trucks and trailers with plenty of parking. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Catalpa Cafe and Oark Restaurant had amazing food and interesting people to visit with. We will be back!

Peace and quiet away from work and distractions. You do have wifi if needed cell phone service is hit or miss. Show up with your groceries and clothes everything else provided. Great for hikers, utv/atv riders. Access to river right on property. Clean and comfortable rooms and living areas. Cafes in area closed on Tuesday but if you are up for drive Crosswoods in Clarksville was really good. We enjoyed our visit to catalpa cafe, Oark general store/cafe, Turner bend store and the hundreds of trails with overlooks, waterfalls and scenery you just can't find everywhere. Hosts were very responsive to messages.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this on our list of places to visit again. It's right on the Mulberry, with great views in every direction. Saw a bald eagle the first morning along with some wood ducks flying the river. The property is clean, well thought-out and we loved every bit of it.

We enjoyed our Christmas in this cabin. It is a very beautiful area. We were able to fish and explore nature while there. If you like the outdoors, the Ozark National Forest has a lot to offer. Lots of ATV’s and Jeeps. A notice for those traveling with small children, there is a 8+ feet drop off from the yard to the river for most of the property line. There are areas where you can get down to the water though.

Amazing spot right on the river. The cabin is great and well kept. Kris was helpful and responsive when needed. There's a high chance that you may not have cell service when you get there, so make sure you write down the access code before you arrive. Just a tip for future renters.

The house was perfect for all of our needs, location was great seeing as how we all had ATV’s/UTV’s. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Beautiful cabin and setting on Mulberry River! Cabin was great, we loved watching the sunset reflecting over the river and seeing deer come out for a drink in the river. Lots of great hiking and scenery in the Ozarks!
