"オアハカに魅せられたひとりです。オアハカ訪問の目的の一つは、こちらへの宿泊と食事です。今回で5回目くらいの訪問で、ここ近年で宿泊料金はそれなりに高くなったなと思いますが（日本の為替状況の影響もありますが）、雰囲気やサービスを考えれば価値があります。 部屋の落ち着いた佇まい（それほど部屋は広くないです。修道院の雰囲気そのままなので広さや明るさを求める方には向かないかもしれません）、庭の美しさ、スタッフの方々全員がフレンドリーかつ丁寧で、食事がおいしく、どれをとっても５つ星まちがいないホテルです。立地も、サントドミンゴ教会から徒歩3分程度、ソカロからも徒歩でお散歩するのにちょうどよい距離です。 庭に面したテラスで取る朝食は満足度が高いです。夕食ではモレをいただきました。わたしにとっては世界一のモレです。 唯一難点だと感じるのは、シャワーです。天井備え付けタイプで水圧が弱く、水の出る穴の数が少なく方向がまちまちなので十分に浴びることができず、洗髪も時間がかかります。可動式のシャワーにかわると良いなと思います。また、冷蔵庫がないのもちょっと不便に感じました。ですが、こんな２点は取るに足らない難点だと思えるほど、素晴らしいホテルです。"
