The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The daily prepared meals were delicious and many varieties to choose from. Being able to book hot spring without leaving the resort was super convenient. Loved our family time here in Japan and will definitely come back again soon.

Surprisingly huge 12 (or so) hotel right in the middle of nowehere. Looks like it could easily belong in central Tokyo, Very modern, comfortable stay. I stayed at a few hotels and houses in japan and this one was by far my favourite. Beautiful stream outside surrounded by trees, making it very relaxing.
