"Pros: Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und ist sehr geräumig und sauber gewesen. Die Bilder in der Anzeige stimmen komplett mit der Realität überein. Auch die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wirklich schön ländlich. Trotzdem sind Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Nähe. Cons: Die Nachbarn in der unteren Wohnung waren gerade am frühen Morgen (06:00 Uhr) sehr laut sodass wir eigentlich jeden Morgen ab 6:00 wach waren. Es war lautes Gebrüll. Gebucht - Unterkunft in Waldstraße 18 zur Verfügung gestellt Ferienwohnung im Platanenweg 5. Da wir bereits in Darmstadt waren und angereist sind, war eine Klärung vor Ort nicht mehr möglich. Das ist schlicht Vertragsbruch - habe ich so noch nie erlebt."

"We have stayed at many Vrbo and other holiday properties. I rate this low unlike other current reviews of it for the following reasons. #1. Bedrooms third floor location from main floor bathroom. Climbing narrow staircases with loose and /or no railings. Recommend bedrooms on second floor with 2 piece bathroom added. #2. fire safety . One door in and out. Not sure how this could be better but I’d hate to have to climb out of the third floor bedrooms through a dormer window onto that steep...

"The room was nice, just didn’t like that the ad on Expedia stated that the hotel had a full service spa when there was no spa at all. The area where the hotel is located is near a lot of construction; I got lost getting there/missed my turns driving to get to check in. The ac wasn’t working in my room, there was no room service, and the food at the piano bar wasn’t that good. There were four friendly and helpful front desk concierges at certain points of my stay and the first day of breakfast was decent. Other than that. I checked out early due to one of the clerks barging in my room two times, then housekeeping, and then the electrician. Unfortunately, one of the night shift concierges didn’t full run my card for the next day, and so that’s when the day shift concierge barged into my room telling me I didn’t pay. Also, they had given my room away & I was still in it but found out when a stranger barged in the room and backed out with her suitcase. It was too much, even though another rep was nice enough to clear up any confusion when I came downstairs to checkout. My card was placed on hold, not charged but I was told by the night shift rep that it was good to go. Had I taken the copy of the receipt the night before maybe the fiasco wouldn’t have happened but either way the first rep that barged in my room and that I talked to over the phone was very rude. Other than that, the shower and bathroom as a whole was nice, clean, and nothing was broken."
