"Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment down to the ski room — something we’ve never experienced before. It immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. On our first evening, the service was again outstanding. Your staff were incredibly attentive, and they introduced you to us as the owner. When you kindly came over to our table, I confess I didn’t fully realise who you were in that moment, and I’m a little disappointed in myself — had I known, I would have loved to speak with you properly. From a customer-service perspective, what you’ve created here is extremely impressive, and I would have enjoyed telling you that in person. I run a software business in London, and I would be extremely happy if my customers’ experience was anything close to what we have experienced here. "Nice place and nice staff. Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK."

"This modern hotel was spacious and new which was a nice contrast to some of the older accommodations in the area but it was typical cheap new construction without attention to detail, sloppy paint, cracking drywall seams, unfinished details. The rooms were large and very comfortable with a great view and walkable to the gondola. The pool area was great and we appreciated the garaged parking area. My husband had been injured so it was a nice option to eat at the buffet inside the hotel for dinner but the food was really not good. Everything felt from a freezer bag and overcooked and bland. Front desk staff allowed us to check in early which was nice and the bar staff was helpful but most other staff felt like we were putting them out. Not overly friendly. "
