"We stayed for a relaxation weekend and we were not disappointed. We both appreciated the aesthetics of the hotel, and the comfortable feeling of the rooms, common area, and dining areas. The staff were friendly, and our rooms were always cleaned promptly when we were away for the very satisfying breakfast buffet. "Firstly I received a call from a person from the hotel on the day of arrival that they are overbooked and wanted to offer me other hotel instead. I defined as I wanted to stay there for a good facilities they had. Then we arrived to hotel and most of wellness facilities weren’t working. Only one sauna of 4 was working and all water supply was broken, so after sauna you couldn’t take any cold shower. That was really annoying as we primarily wanted to stay there because of facilities.
