- The apartment is located on the first floor, in a quiet location at the northeastern entrance to the village, close to the source of the Iller River and hiking trails. The entire apartment is 40 square meters and has been completely renovated, including the installation of a brand-new, high-gloss kitchen equipped with everything you need: a four-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, and kettle. The kitchenette opens onto the living room. A highlight is undoubtedly the 10-square-meter east-facing balcony, offering stunning views of the Oberstdorf mountains. New vinyl flooring, high-quality furniture, and tiles complete the overall impression. The living area features electric shutters, a comfortable sofa, a dining area, and a large smart TV. The state-of-the-art bathroom includes a toilet, a vanity unit, and a walk-in rain shower.
The double bedroom with a box-spring bed also has a TV.
