The spacious living and sleeping area features a comfortable box-spring bed as well as an additional sleeper sofa. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures even on hot summer days. For entertainment, there’s a large TV as well as Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and waipuTV.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. A large dining table is perfect for enjoying breakfast together or a cosy dinner.

From the living area, you have direct access to the balcony, which offers a beautiful panoramic view and sweeping vistas. A special highlight during the summer months is the residential complex’s pool, which is available to our guests.

The apartment also includes a private parking space right next to the building. A washing machine is also available. For families, we’re happy to provide a travel cot and high chair upon request.
