"Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in dieser Wohnung und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben wir die Fußbodenheizung genossen. :) Insgesamt ist es sehr geräumig und ruhig. Wunderbar auch der schöne Ausblick ins Tal. Der letzte Weg von der Straße zur Wohnung ist etwas holprig, das war das einzige Manko. Aber ansonsten können wir nur eine ausdrückliche Empfehlung aussprechen! Auch der Kontakt zu Herrn Schmuck war problemlos und gut."

Im Vorfeld hat uns die Hausverwalterin Frau Iljaz bereits über das Wichtigste informiert und schon Kleinigkeiten vorab organisiert. Auch während des Aufenthaltes konnten wir uns mit jedem Wunsch an sie wenden. Brötchenservice von Frau Iljaz war 1a, da wir sonst erst jeden Morgen mit dem Auto hätten fahren müssen. Die kleine Sauna und den Grill haben wir auch gern genutzt. Parken vor dem Haus...

Das Haus an sich hat seine besten Jahre lange hinter sich. Man merkt, das immer mal wieder was ausgetauscht und erneuert werden. Die Matratzen waren gut. Insgesamt hat es sehr muffig gerochen, gerade im Erdgeschoss. Ich musste vieles mehrmals waschen, um den Geruch rauszubekommen. In den Schlafzimmern oben war es besser."
