"Stayed a whole week and wish it was more! Without a doubt the best Chambre D'Hote/small hotel we have ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. Just 3 bedrooms, but beautifully appointed and with an amazingly comfortable bed! Breakfasts were extraordinary- different every day, but similar in that they were perfectly prepared with delicious fresh local produce. The property is literally on the bank of the Canal du Midi, 1 minute walk from the train station, a few minutes into town and 15 minutes...

"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this bed and breakfast. It was our first experience at a bed and breakfast and the standard has now been set very high! We were welcomed by our hosts who offered and had a drink with us before recommending and booking a traditional French restaurant in town for us. The room was immaculate - styled beautifully and very clean. We slept so well and then were treated to a wonderful and plentiful breakfast. I could not recommend La Maison du Poëlon...

The bedrooms are superb, the bed is ultra comfortable, the bathroom with walk in shower excellent and thecair conditioning given it was 35 degrees outside such a delight. "The city of Beziers is pretty, the location of the inn is very good, in a quiet area, easy access to the city and different places to shop and/ or eat, parking available. The owner’s attention was excellent, the rooms are comfortable as well as the baths, the French breakfast is good and included in the price. We spent a single night with the family and it was very nice. Thank you for everything and we will come back."

"The dinner was the best bit and the hosts were kind and welcoming! Everything else was a bit less than average. We were looking for a short stay with a spa and had used the filter in hotels.com to select the B&B. On arrival we were very surprised that the spa is not included in the room we had booked and were forced to upgrade. This was extra strange because the hot tub is not attached to the "suite" as you might expect. Instead its directly next to the main entrance which is also the kitchen....
