From here you will have a short walk to the beach, the north end of the boardwalk and the kids favorite, Jolly Roger Amusement Park. There is a miniature golf course at the end of the street too! There are some great restaurants in walking distance to such as Pit & Pub, Buxy's and Dry Dock 28 to name a few.

You'll love the peaceful evenings of sitting on the back patio that looks out over the large canal or maybe an evening swim the pool. The pool is only a few feet away from the front door and the upstairs balcony makes the gives the perfect vantage point to keep an eye on the kids! Inside, there is full kitchen that is ready to help you make those costs savings meals. Upstairs in the loft, there is a queen size bed along with a full bath. Other sleeping accommodations include a queen size sleeper sofa, a chairs that converts into twin bed along with a twin folding cot. There is a washer and dryer along with free Wi-Fi.

* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is a 2-story townhome.
* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 28th street.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. And an additional guest spot is available in the open lot.
* The pier is not available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
