Perfect for making lifelong family memories, enjoy modern elegance, private garage parking, and the best of beach living on 143rd street - close to dining, entertainment, and breathtaking ocean views.

The Space:
This unit only rents to families and friends over 25 years of age, minors must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
Your cleaning fee includes a full linen package for the unit. The house will be staged and all you need to bring is Beach Towels.
Brand new construction off of Coastal Highway.

2 Car Garage - Not 2 oversized vehicles - they will not fit/ additional parking between units is first come first served.
The Garage can only fit a vehicle less than 80" tall.
