Each suite features a king size bed and its only private bathroom and a flat screen TV. It's perfect for couples who want to get away for a little R & R together. Recently renovated, the unit has new paint and flooring throughout. The kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and is ready for all your culinary creations. You'll enjoy being able to stretch out in the large living room area that has seating for 6 along with the full-size dining room table. The balcony offers beautiful canal views and gorgeous sunsets can be seen from the back of the building. A refreshing pool is a fantastic treat on those days where it may be just too hot to go to the beach!

Situated on 47th street, this unit is located next door to world famous Seacrets and other great restaurants such as Dry 85, the Red Wine Bar and of course ice cream at Dumser's. With its central location, you will be just a short drive or bus ride to the Convention Center, boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more! Linens and towels are included with your rental. Owner supplies 4 beach chairs an umbrella and a cooler.

* This condo is on the 5th floor. Wight Bay is an elevator building.

* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 48th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* There is a shared laundromat on the bottom level of the building.
* There is no pier available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Truly the best stay I've had in Ocean City
The location of this property was so convenient, and the host made the check in so simple. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. I truly have nothing negative to say. I would recommend for anyone to stay here!

Very nice place but only thing we found the place a bit dusty and some trash under the dresser and the kitchen could use a bit more cleaning. Also is time to change mattresses on there rooms . But overall we enjoy the stay and location.

Quaint getaway
For our first time in Ocean City, we picked a great location to rest our heads. The condo is in a perfect location on the strip, quiet top floor, decorated in a cute beach vibe and walking distance to beach and sunset views. All accommodations were great, except the bedding. The mattresses were comfy, but the bedding was not tight and the mattress pad squeaked with every position change. I highly recommend!!

We had a few issues with a broken toilet, fire alarm and loud work being done at the neighboring condos that kept us up at night. We did get compensation for the broken toilet, which we appreciated. Condo was clean and overall we had a nice stay.

Overall it was nice. It could have been cleaned better but it was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and cute games for the kids.we also enjoyed the beach equipment. The downfall for me was no washer and dryer in the unit and the one on premises took quarters but you couldn’t get them anywhere! The elevator was extremely slow. Also the unit next to ours was being remodeled! The hammering and sawing happened at all hrs of the day and night! It even knocked a picture off the wall on our side. It was not relaxing because we woke up to banging constantly and even once around 12am we thought someone was trying to break in.

Location, Location, Location
When we visit OCMD, location is always a top priority with us. Because we were visiting during the Irish Parade/Festival weekend, we couldn't have picked a better location for the parade and for visiting local places for music. The VRBO was clean and well equipped. The host was more than accommodating as well as responsive. We would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Lovely place
Very nice place. I loved the added features of beach towels, sunscreens, beach chairs and beach bags!! Condo was clean and so cutely decorated. It was as comfortable as being in your own home.
