One block from the beach! Do you have a boat or Waverunner you want to bring to the beach and dock right outside your unit during your vacation? If so, this unit is just right for you with boat docking access included for Beach Club guests (first come, first serve for guest docking access, but usually there is plenty of room). This lovely 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom two-level townhome is conveniently located in Beach Club, directly across from Gold Coast Mall and the movie theater, at 112th St. This unit will sleep ten. Per HOA guidelines, no pets allowed for guests, sorry. You will find approximately 1,000sq. ft. of this tastefully decorated unit to be very inviting for your stay at the beach. Beach Club is a direct canal-side community, complete with an outdoor pool and shower area, as well as a private cookout area at the end of the canal, bayside. This unit features an upgraded 2.5 ton central Air Conditioning system, sure to keep you cool on those hot summer days. Also available to all Beach Club guests is a private community outdoor pool and picnic/cookout area, bayside, complete with private shower access. (**The Pool and Pool/Bathhouse are closed until Memorial Day weekend 2021) Off-street parking for one vehicle in the unit's driveway (Garage area is for owner storage, and is not included with guest rental). On-street parking is available on the north side of 112th St. and at the Gold Coast Mall/Comfort Inn parking lot. Guest WiFi access is included as part of your stay, along with three televisions configured for Roku guest access, great for times to just unwind during your stay. You will find a private patio at the rear of the unit, complete with a table and chairs and an electric grill to enjoy some rest and relaxation outdoors. A full kitchen with dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and blender allows for full meal-prep accommodations. The kitchen is stocked with necessary dishes, utensils, and cookware to make your stay complete. An in-house washer & dryer are just off the kitchen for your convenience. A comfortable living/dining area with a sectional sofa and 6-place dining table with upholstered chairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a triple bunk with twin-xl 80" long mattresses. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa along with a twin bed nestled underneath the stairway. Board games are in the unit for rainy days or downtime. Bath towels and linens are included - please wash/dry all linens and re-make beds prior to check-out. Complete with a keyless entry door access system, so there are no keys to misplace during your stay in OC. We'd love to have you as our guest. This place was great for our stay in oc, it was clean and in a great location. Everything was provided for us the entire week. We'll definitely stay here again. I recommend it to anyone staying in oc.
My girlfriends and I stayed here with our little family. The place was super clean, super easy to access and it was close to every amenity you could ever want! The triple bunk bed really came in clutch with the 3 girls. I would recommend this place every day of the week!
Beach Club is definitely awesome. The Condo is great. The Pool and Pool Bathhouse is very nice. They have showers that can be used when the whole family is busy getting ready to go out. The people were welcoming. Convenient short walk to the beach. Definitely a great place to stay!
The property was as described, which is wonderful, considering how many other places aren't as honest in their description. We loved the ease and convenience of the location, as well as the general atmosphere of the community. If you don't mind the quick walk across the street to the beach (which was fine with us!) it's a great spot for a getaway! We'd definitely recommend a stay here!!
We have three teens, 14-14 and 16. This place was perfect and could have slept even more people. It was exactly as pictured and described, I actually thought it was nicer in person. The location was perfect. So close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc. My boys love to fish and it was nice being on the canal/bayside. We also enjoyed the pool. I would absolutely return. David was also really communicative and easy to work with while making the reservation and payments.
The owners keep the place looking nice and clean. Felt very comfortable for my family. Lots of choices of beds to sleep in and tastefully decorated. Will definitely stay there again!

This spot is an awesome location! It is across the street from beach access! The community pool and patio in the back of the house are perfect for hanging out after the beach while waiting for everyone to shower. There is a liquor store and pharmacy near by.

This house is a short walk to an area of the beach that tends to be less crowded. It's also a short walk to many restaurants -- quick eats, cheap eats, and sit-down places. It's also a short walk to grocery stores and convenience stores.
The house is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware. There's enough space for two adults and two teens - who spent most of the day at the beach.
The only small complaint was that the floor on the lower level was still wet when we arrived. We assumed this was from the mopping done by the cleaning crew, but it had been 48 hours since the previous guests checked out.
We did not go to the pool.

The property definitely needs a really thorough cleaning.
There was a horrible garbage smell when we checked in. My wife figured out that the garbage disposal was not run. Took several hours to get that smell out. Febreeze and ran lemons and ice in disposal.
Kitchen cabinets were sticky and there was a cabinet full of random spices and other stuff. Yuk.
No weather strip on front or back door. This let flies to enter so easily.
Shower curtin had red mold on it.
Such a cute townhouse. It was very charming, clean, and convenient. The retro feel mixed with contemporary decor gave a really great impression. My only complaint was that the A.C. stopped working the night before our departure which made it very warm by the time we left. I'm guessing the thunderstorm may have had something to do with that.
I really enjoyed our stay with my family and definitely recommend your rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy, home away from home at the beach.
Perfect for us with plenty of rooms and all the necessities. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals, even containers for left overs. Stores near by. Our kids are older so mostly headed to the beach across the street or down to the board walk.
My friends and I had an amazing stay at this property! It was clean and cozy and had great amenities. Not only did it have space for all of us but it had a great location. Walking distance from the beach, riteaid, dining, and a liquor store. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful during the stay. Highly recommend!
We will definitely be booking again! The home was super clean and was nicely stocked with anything and everything we needed. The walk was just across Coastal Highway to get to the beach. We enjoyed that the property had a community pool and a Denny’s literally across the street. The canal was a nice view as well. We are already looking forward to staying again.
