The Space:
Ideal for families big and small, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers plenty of room to relax after a full day of beach play and boardwalk fun. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and its own full bathroom—great for parents who need a little peace and quiet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa for extra kiddos or teens.

The full kitchen is ready for family meals, complete with an oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cookware you need. Whether it’s pancakes before a sunrise beach walk or popcorn for movie night, you’re all set.

Stay cool with A/C, catch a family flick on the TV, and toss those sandy beach clothes in your private washer and dryer—because kids + sand = laundry. Don’t worry, we’ve got it covered.

Even rainy days are fun here! Enjoy the indoor pool and private hot tub, perfect for keeping little ones entertained and parents relaxed.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the condo and all available resort amenities.

The Neighborhood:
1. Walk the Ocean City Boardwalk
This three-mile boardwalk features rides, arcades, shops, and eateries. Don’t miss Thrasher’s Fries, Fisher’s Popcorn, or the rides at Trimper’s Amusements.
2. Visit Assateague Island National Seashore
A short drive away, this barrier island is known for wild horses, quiet beaches, kayaking, and wildlife viewing.
3. Try Water Sports and Boat Tours
Go jet skiing, paddleboarding, or parasailing. Take a boat cruise, dolphin tour, or rent your own. Ocean City is also a top spot for fishing.
4. Explore Jolly Roger Amusement Parks
Located at the pier and 30th Street, Jolly Roger features rides, go-karts, mini-golf, and water slides. Splash Mountain is a summer favorite.
5. Stop by the Life-Saving Station Museum
At the south end of the boardwalk, this museum highlights Ocean City’s maritime history with shipwreck exhibits, beach patrol stories, and local sea life displays.

Getting Around:
We recommend a car. Also, check out the Ocean City Trolley.

Other Things to Note:
While we strive to keep all resort amenities available, occasional closures may happen due to maintenance or unforeseen events.

Non-smoking, no pets allowed.

Guests must be 21 or older to book.

Refundable Security Hold of $150 collected at check-in.

Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds (excludes Airbnb bookings).

Interaction with Guests:
The on-site office is open until 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and until 6:00 PM Friday and Saturday, closed on Sunday.

Rental Team Availability: The rental team is available daily from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST) through the online portal. Contact numbers will be provided after booking.
