Welcome to Island Time on 12th St. This coastal farmhouse designed 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse features quality furnishings, full en-suite bathrooms with each bedroom, beach chairs, bikes, and fun extras to make your vacation awesome! You'll enjoy being close to the beach and boardwalk and plenty space to unwind.

The Space:
Island Times #D features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Built in 2020, this townhouse features quality designs and furnishings.

Here's a summary of the bedrooms, living space, and features...

KITCHEN: Well-equipped custom kitchen with quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, cups, silverware to easily accommodate 10 guests comfortably.

MASTER BEDROOM: 1 King size bed, full en-suite bathroom with custom time shower and dual sink vanity, balcony with chairs and modest views of the boardwalk and bay, 42" Smart TV. Located on the 3rd floor.

2ND BEDROOM: 1 Full Bed, 1 Twin Bed, 1 Twin Trundle Bed, full en-suite bathroom with tub shower, balcony with table and chairs with views of the pool, 42" Smart TV. 3rd floor bedroom.

3RD BEDROOM: 1 Queen size bed, full en-suite bathroom with shower, 32" Smart TV, Front porch balcony access. 1st floor bedroom.

LIVING ROOM: 1 Queen sleeper sofa, 55" Smart TV, Checker table;

GARAGE: 10 Beach Back-Pack Style Chairs, 4 Cruiser Bikes, Beach Toys, Beach Cart, 2 Car Garage Parking

Guest Access:
Entire townhome is included with this rental including a 2 car garage. Please make yourself at home. A door code is given for you to access the smart lock at front door. A garage door opener is provided for your use during your stay. Your code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number. It will activate at 4pm check in or sooner if ready early.

Getting Around:
There's a local bus service that runs 24/7. Bus stops are located a few blocks apart throughout Ocean City. Uber is a poplar option for getting around town. We provide 4 cruiser style bikes for your enjoyment, and use around town. There's local bike rental shops nearby in walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you're staying in a townhouse, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise or something isn't working properly, we'll do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

***The PRIMARY GUEST must be at least 21 years of age to rent any of our properties and no one will be given the keys or access code to a property that is under the age of 21.

Guest service agreement is generated and sent after booking with additional details about your stay. 48 hour free cancellation policy after booking unless it is less than 2 weeks prior for review of our rental agreement.

GUEST LINENS & TOWELS PROVIDED:
Guests are provided our premium linens as part of your stay at no additional cost! Includes bed comforters, fitted sheets, top sheets, and 4 sleeping pillow cases for our Full, Queen, & King Beds (2 Sleep Pillows for twin beds)Comforters are provided. We also provide 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel. 1 wash cloth per guest.

PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY POLICY:
This is a pet friendly property. There is a non refundable fee of $150 for each pet registered to stay during your reservation. The pet fee is not a cleaning fee as guests are required to clean ANY mess from their registered pet. Damage insurance does not cover pet damage and guest is responsible for any extra cleaning, damage or issue caused by the registered pet. Failure to register your pet is a violation of our house rules and subject to termination of the reservation without refund.

Groups, events, family gatherings, bridal groups are welcome as long as the max occupancy is not exceeded, no parties, or disruption to neighbors and residents. We want you to enjoy yourself and at the same time respecting the property and neighbors and residents.

Interaction with Guests:
I'm here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You'll be able to check yourself in upon arrival with a code that accesses the front door and entrance door to the garage.

CHECK IN: Standard Year-Round Check In is 4pm... Early check in is available at 1pm for a $100 fee. Early check in must be registered in advance, subject to availability, and approved by Nolen Vacation Rentals.

CHECK OUT: Standard Year-Round Check Out is 10am... Late check out is available at 12pm for a $100 fee. Late check out must be registered in advance, subject to availability, and approved by Nolen Vacation Rentals.
