  • Welcome to 43 Island Edge Drive, a beautifully appointed 5-bedroom townhouse located in the highly sought-after Sunset Island community on 67th Street in Ocean City, MD. Just steps from the community pool and a short walk to the ocean, this spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests and offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. A newly updated & fully equipped kitchen will delight the cook in the family. New flooring installed throughout. Pack lighter as this house comes with 6 Beach Chairs and a Beach Cart too!

    Sleeping options are plenty! The third level features three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a King bed, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom two offers a Queen bed and TV, while bedroom three includes a Twin-over-Full bunk bed, with a full hall bathroom also on this level. The top floor hosts bedroom four with a Queen bed, TV, and access to a full hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first level, bedroom five provides a sleep sofa and TV, along with a convenient half bath. An additional half bath is located on the main living level, where you’ll find a bright, open-concept kitchen and living room that lead to furnished balconies off both spaces—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. All TVs in the home are Smart TVs, and guests will appreciate the extra refrigerator in the garage for added storage.

    Parking is available for three vehicles, with guests required to use the garage and the parking pad directly in front of it. Sunset Island offers exceptional amenities including a year-round heated indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, kiddie pool, fitness center, scenic walking and bike paths, a bayside beach, and an on-site restaurant with wait staff service poolside. FREE linens and towels are provided and delivered on arrival day, and keyless entry ensures a seamless, no-key check-in experience. This is coastal living at its finest—ideal for creating lasting Ocean City memories.

    Sunset Island Registration Fee:  $200 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes (Large vehicles that do not fit in the designated parking will have to purchase a pass for street parking in Sunset Island. Also, there is free street parking before you enter Sunset Island. Additional facility or parking passes are $75 per pass and may be purchased directly at the clubhouse once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass. No pass is needed for the bayside beaches.

    Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.
