The upgraded kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island breakfast bar — perfect for casual mornings or evening gatherings. Both bathrooms have been beautifully updated with new tile, sinks, faucets, and lighting for a fresh, modern feel. The primary suite offers a king bed, TV, and stunning ocean views to greet you each morning. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and a TV, while a queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional space for guests — comfortably accommodating up to 8. With sweeping high-rise views and thoughtful updates throughout, this condo is ready to host your family's next beach memories.
The 9400 Building offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. Located in uptown Ocean City, you're within walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and just steps from the beach.
Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces may be available directly through the 9400 Building on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $65.

The unit was tastefully decorated. Great views of bay and ocean. Nice pool! The only downside is the “owners” in the building were not nice if they found out you were renting. Telling you what you can and can’t do since you were not an owner. Heard it from at least five people over 3 days.
The building 9400 was lovely. The condo was nicely renovated. The floors, however, were extraordinarily sandy and had to be recleaned upon our arrival. They did do this for us with no problem. A vacuum is highly recommended for the condo guests to continue to clean the sand throughout the week. The bathtub faucet actually came out of the wall while we stayed there (funny scene there) once again they took care of this with a plumber right away! The last recommendation is for the balcony to have netting placed around the handrail (most other condos had this on the lower levels). It was very very unsafe for children. I did not allow my children on this and it would have been nice to sit out and watch the sunset. Overall, the beach was beautiful and the pool was nice to have as well!
This property has an amazing view of both the bay side and the ocean. Very open floor plan, for a family of 4. Loved the updated kitchen, and decor. We had a wonderful vacation making memories here. The kids loved the tic tac toe board on the living room table, they played with it every day. The only thing it was missing was a sweep vac. Had a broom and dust pan, but would've been easier to sweep up the salty and sand that came in from sliders being opened much easier. Overall we had a great trip! So convenient to the Acme across the street and local restaurants were delicious. :)
