Amazing View from 2 BR 2 BA Beachfront Building with Indoor Pool

This Capri has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and events at North Side Park.

This fabulous condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a King size bed, full bath and a TV. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, a traditional 2 Twin bunk bed and a TV. The second bedroom has access to the full bath directly across the hall. You'll have a fully stocked kitchen for those nights that you want to stay and cook at home. There is also a washer/dryer in the room for guest use. The renovation of this condo includes a comfortable dining table and chairs as well as a separate multi-functional space that can be used for additional dining or a Wi-Fi equipped workspace, perfect for those of you that may need to "work from home".

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 9th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Terrific spot for a Christmas visit!

Our family stayed for a long weekend ahead of Christmas, to enjoy Winterfest and other off-season activities. The condo was a perfect spot for this! The kids loved the indoor pool, and the condo had a perfect ocean view from warm recliners inside the building. We had a great time!

Great beach condo!

This was a great condo to stay in right off the beach and close to lots of good restaurants. Everything was clean and looked just like the listing photos. This unit has a great view of the beach! We enjoyed our stay.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this condo! Beautiful views, easy check in and out, and a very clean property. Easy access to multiple restaurants and the beach. This condo was easily the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in…plenty of glasses, plates and cookware! We will definitely be back!

Great Views of the Ocean and Bay

We were lucky enough to be the first guests of this property and we couldn’t have been happier! The building had great amenities and the unit had comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen for all the comforts of home. Only adjustment was it could have used some light darkening curtains to sleep in after sunrise. Would 110% book again! Thanks for the great vacation away!

Great condo and location

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay here. The condo was very clean upon arrival, and everything for the check in was clearly outlined. The condo itself is great - balcony with wonderful views, stocked kitchen and spacious living area. The facilities were perfect for my family and I - something to do for everyone between the gameroom, sports and pool. And the location is perfect - ocean views and short walk to beach. Beach - outdoor showers and storage area made everything easy. Host was gracious and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary weekend

Condo was very clean and the views of the ocean and bay were amazing. There was some confusion on linens because of the off season, but that was cleared up very quickly. Very nice location and spacious enough to hangout during the tropical storm. Although VRBO pics made it look actually bigger, maybe because of the wall mirror but still it was very nice. We will be back

Nice apartment with lovely view

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was just as pictured, with very comfortable beds and well-supplied kitchen. We did have trouble during check-in with the door lock but were able to reach the rental company quickly with a solution. The television has a sound problem that made it difficult to understand spoken words and made music unpleasant. Written communications and the front desk staff could have been warmer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is perfectly located. With a beautiful ocean view on the left and great view of the bay to the right. The condo was clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation. We can’t wait to go back next year and hopefully for many years to come!
