Located on a canal with a HUGE balcony to enjoy coffee in the am or dinner in the evening on the water.
Everything is with in 2 blocks walking distance. CVS, Food Lion, WAWA, Dunkin Donuts, 7-11, Crabcake Factory, Green Turtle and a bunch more.
Awesome fireworks view every sunday night from the balcony. Beautiful Sunsets and sunrise views as well. This place has everything you will ever need.
You WONT be disappointed at all.
Book in the winter time for a nice weekend away with a cozy fireplace.
You can be on the huge balcony and see the bay and ocean or on the front balcony walkway and see the kids playing in the pool... A big Plus

Wonderful!

We had such a great vacation at this condo in Ocean City! The property was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and the proximity to everything was great! And the views from the balconies were spectacular--especially the fireworks!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! Our faves were the open floorplan, peaceful balcony, spacious kitchen, and a new mattress in the master! The condo was spotless, and although I didn’t have many questions, the owner responded quickly. We will be back!

This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean & spacious, with comfy beds. We were at the end of hurricane Erin, but the closet was full of games for the kids to play, while we watched movies. Post-storm, we had our morning coffee on the large deck, watching the ducks on the bay, where the evening sunsets were quite awesome! We enjoyed the pool, which was right across from the condo. Great location, lots of stores for shopping, and places to dine nearby. It was everything and more than we expected! You cant go wrong with this place. We look forward to coming back! Thank you!

Place and Location were Excellent

We had a great stay here. We’ve been coming to OCMD for about 10 years, and this was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. Location was excellent. So many things in walking distance, including the beach. The balcony was large and peaceful to just sit outside and look at the nice views of the canal and bay. The place is also spacious with plenty of seating and fun decor. We would highly recommend.

The best place I’ve ever stayed

My friends and I had THEE BEST time at this location. The coffee in the morning on the balcony to the pool to the people. Overall GREAT stay. I’m actually looking for future dates so I can go back! Check in and out was so easy. Ugh, if you’re looking for a place to stay, hands down pick this one.

Loved it!

Very clean. Beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a great stay. Close to all amenities--tons of activities. If you're lucky enough to be there for the Sunday night fireworks, you've got a front row seat on the balcony. We will definitely stay again!

A hidden gem on the north end

This was our first time staying on the north end (off of the board walk) for a few nights on our way in. The owners were very attentive and responsive. The unit was clean and offered a nice distance between the two bedrooms. The pool was warm and it was just a short walk to the ocean. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for a friend group or a family getaway!

My group was pleasantly surprised by this place! The balcony was an amazing addition. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to cook at home! The beds were super comfy. The host is extremely nice and responsive! I would highly recommend this spot if you are going on a weekend trip or even a week long trip with your family. It is a little further from the boardwalk but is worth it. It is such a close walk to the grocery store and other shops- amazing! I have nothing bad to say.

Beach & Bay Beauty!

What a wonderful location for a girls trip getaway! We enjoyed not having to drive to a beach and the pool was a win when the ocean was too rough. Close to plenty and far enough from the boardwalk that it was relaxing and calm. The deck out back was a highlight for watching boaters, feeding ducks & watching sunsets. The condo was clean and, seemingly, well decorated. We think, the most decorated of all places we've stayed! I did find it odd that there wasn't information on the area/what's expected of us/welcome packet upon arrival. Plenty of sleeping areas (sleeps 6 comfortably, pull out couch would not be considered comfortable). The outdoor chairs made for good indoor seating at the dining table in a pinch. Great stocked cabinets for cooking. Ice maker in fridge was a plus. The bathroom in the master bedroom can use a new wax ring. We were calling that toilet the roller coaster ride. We did feel like the lighting in the living room was a bit dark and could've used more seating as opposed to the beautiful décor. Also, the guest rooms could use less décor so you can place a suitcase on the tops of the dressers. It's pretty, but less functional. These are all things that wouldn't deter me from booking/coming back, but could be an easy fix to push the condo from great to excellent! Thank you for a great stay!!

The condo was perfect! Clean, quiet, and updated. My family kept commenting on how perfect the location was. Nice view and an easy walk to the beach. Very conveniently located next to CVS,Wawa, and a Dunkin’. My family also said they’d stay there again next year.
