Natural light and stylish coastal decor fill the interior, with separate living areas furnished for flexible home comfort. The furnished deck offers a sunny spot to relax while enjoying the water views. The lower living room features a smart TV, sofa, and walk-out access to a grassy yard area. A sectional and smart TV set the stage for movie nights in the main living area. Great home, perfect location!

This townhome is perfectly located in West OC. Great home, plenty of space, very clean and lovely view over the marina and bay. Only thing missing was a coffee pot or Keurig, but that's okay, we just walked around the corner to Starbucks. I would absolutely stay there again!

Great Location

Stayed here for Oceans Calling Festival 2024 with my spouse. The location is amazing for the event. It is across the street from the shuttle and just over the bridge, so walking was possible in about 35 min. The property is clean and perfectly appointed for a stay but shows as a popular house with signs of typical vacation wear and tear.
