Located bay side, in prime Downtown location, off 21st St., BAY FRONT and just 2 minutes walk to the beach and famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Enjoy delicious lunch and dinner at the next door waterfront, family-oriented Fish Tails restaurant or the popular Phillips Crab House. Are you here for a convention, conference, show or concert...the Ocean City Convention Center is an easy 5 minutes drive away! Not to mention is the all popular waterfront SEACRETS night club and restaurant also within 5 minutes drive for all your night life activities. Looking for exciting water sport activities to do on the bay...check out the marina and water sport rental right by Fish Tails, just 1 block and a min walk away. Dairy Queen, Candy Kitchen, and other convenience stores are also located just a block or 2 min walk away.

The building offers a secure, self-check-in lobby with elevator. Once inside the unit, you can enjoy a wide open floor plan that includes a spacious laundry room with washer/dryer/utility sink/additional cabinets; an updated half bath; a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter top with breakfast bar; a dining area with both dining table and breakfast bar. Last but not least, a spacious living room with high end furnitures including a queen pulled out sofa beds and a gas fireplace for those winter nights; not to mention an entertainment system that the whole family can enjoy. Step out to the top floor, private balcony with sliders off the living room with high chairs and tables to enjoy that gorgeous, unobstructed view of the sunset on the bay water!!

The sleeping quarter includes 3 very spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom offers king bed and sitting area, along with a private bath with upgraded marble countertop vanity, standing shower, AND a Jacuzzi tub. There is also another slider off the master bedroom providing access to the balcony with water view of the bay as well. The second hall full bath also offers upgraded vanity with a bathtub. Second bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin-on-full bunk bed. Third bedroom has a full-on-full bunk bed with twin trundle AND a full bed with twin trundle. Both second and third bedroom along with front balcony offer partial water view of the ocean!! All rooms have their own Smart TVs with Comcast cable TV and streaming Netflix service.

Beach essentials including beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas/beach tent, sand toys and many other beach accessories are available for rent on-site for your convenience to enhance your experience. Our place is equipped with everything you and your family need for that perfect vacation!

Whether it be a celebration of special occasions, or just a simple weekend getaway; come stay at one of our Beach Paradises and let it be your **HOME AWAY** from home!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

***We DO NOT supply bed linens and towels. For your convenience, we offer the following services through our third party cleaning company: Linens and towels services $190/stay (includes sheets, pillow cases for all beds and 13 sets of bath towels) or $125/stay for either just linens or towels.

***Other optional items available for rent on-site:
1) Beach Bundle: $75/stay for one 10x10 beach canopy, 4 beach chairs, sand toys, and 1 beach wagon to effortlessly carry all your beach belongings/accessories(damages or lost items will be charged if not reported upon check-in)

***We provide a LIMITED but ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 roll/bath), paper towel (1 roll/ bathroom), trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap. Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.k

Amazing Condo!

Plenty of space in the condo! The pool looked great, but we didn’t use it. Beach was easy walking distance from condo. Kitchen was stocked and house was beautifully decorated.

Great Condo!

We had a great long weekend staying at this condo in Ocean City, MD. It was very clean and welcoming. The check in process was easy. Condo was beautifully decorated and had tons of amenities. Very easy walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. My kids enjoyed the ropes course next to the building and Fish Tales (the restaurant across the street on the bayside) was also a hit. We added linens to our stay and the host was able to accommodate that easily. We will definitely stay again when we come back! Thank you for everything!

Easy check in & very clean

Check in was very easy with a passcode being used to enter the property. It was also very clean and everything (appliances, furniture) was pretty new/in good condition. I wish there was more parking but I think that can be said about any property in Ocean City. Great host and amazing property! Looking to book again in the fall.

Perfect Beach Trip Getaway

This property was perfect for my family's beach trip. The location was great and close to everything we needed. There were some issues with the master bath when we arrived, but Bao communicated updates with us everyday until it was fixed. Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
