    The Space:

    The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. This retreat has been recently updated (2022) with a totally remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A new 50' smart TV in the living room provides guests with endless entertainment. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW Smoking is prohibited inside the rental The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

What more could one ask for 😎

This unit totally exceeded my expectations. Pictures paint a story but living the life was awesome. Loved waking up in the morning to beautiful sunsets right off the deck. A short walk to the beach set the day up for a soul nourishing treat. And a dip in the pool was the perfect ending to a perfect beach day. This property is ideally situated to breakfast lunch and dinners out. Not to mention some Thrashers, Fisher’s popcorn, Koher’s as well as a visit to Dumsers. Appliances in the unit were top notch, bedding was great, AC in unit was perfect and the private laundry room was great. Would certainly rent here again.
