The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, Maryland, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops.




Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect beach condo! It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave. Don't hesitate and surprise your loved ones with savory meals and beach snacks during your stay. The living room is all about comfort and coziness with inviting furniture and a flatscreen TV. Then, make your way over to the private balcony with an outdoor dining area and get ready to experience a picture-perfect sun set that will blow your mind! The on-site washer/dryer will make your laundry duties as easy as ABC!

The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
There is a $40 non-refundable Golden Sands Building Amenity Fee required.
Please note that the indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Sunrise and sunsets!

Loved the location, loved the sunset from the front door and the sunrise from the master bedrooms floor to ceiling windows and the balcony. Close to the beach.

The condo was decorated in beach theme. It was clean. It was right on the beach. The only downside was that the 2nd bedroom TV and Roku remotes were not there when we arrived. We contacted them right away. We got a call back saying someone would be there the next morning to look into it. No one arrived and we contacted them again in the afrernoon. After explaining it over again they said they would look into and get back to us. We never heard back from anyone. We were disappointed with the lack of response about the TV. This condo will be fine if they don't care about a TV in bedroom at night.

Beautiful location!

Property was very nice. Had beautiful sunrise views from the living room and master bedroom in the morning and sunsets in the evening from the front door. The only drawback were the 2nd bedroom with the 2 beds,and they were pushed up to the wall. So the person sleeping against the wall had to crawl down to the foot of the bed to get out of the bed, not the greatest for elderly people. Had two work orders requests in, one for the kitchen cabinet door was off the hinge, it was taken care of that day. Had an issue with all the TV's were not working, called for assistance and he came two days later. Unable to resolve the issue, stated that he couldn't resolve the problem and said that they would send someone else, second person never showed up and no call or text about resolving the issue. So we had no TV for our stay. Otherwise a very good choice.
