Beautiful 4 bedroom condo located on 7th St, with breathtaking views of the boardwalk, ocean and beach

Beautiful 4 bedroom penthouse style condo located on the boardwalk @ 7th St, breathtaking views of the boardwalk, ocean and beach. Condo features 2 (TWO) ocean front master suites, 5 TVs, a very large kitchen fully equipped with everything you could possibly need with service for 14! There are 4 full bathrooms, one half bath, and a very large laundry room that can easily store all your beach toys. South Beach Condominium also features a fitness room, and outdoor pool AND indoor pool (indoor pool closed from January 2 - April 1). Both primary OCEANFRONT bedroom suites have a king size bed. The North Oceanfront suite features a fireplace and access to a private ocean-front balcony. There is a very large walk-in closet, an additional second closet, and a full private bath including a large jetted tub, double sinks, separate shower, and a private toilet room. The South Oceanfront suite features not only sliding doors to the main oceanfront balcony, but south facing windows providing lots of light and a view south towards the Pier. This suite also features a walk in closet, a small desk for the workaholic, double sinks in the bathroom, a large jetted tub, a separate shower, and a private toilet room. The third bedroom features a twin over full sized bunk bed, queen sleeper sofa, and a private bath with a large walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has two comfortable queen beds with its own private bath with large walk in shower. In addition, there is a half bathroom off the main living area. The condo is equipped with games, puzzles, videos, and high-speed internet. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towels sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. A washer and dryer is provided in the condo for your convenience. Garage clearance is 7 feet. There are two dedicated parking spots in the garage, and one additional guest parking spot if available. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Our owners do not rent to groups under the age of 25. Perfect location

Beautiful condo. Location was the best! Cleanliness was an issue. Carpets in bedrooms needed a major cleaning as well as cushions on outdoor furniture. Removing the daily garbage yourself to the alley dumpster everyday would be unnecessary if each floor had a updated garbage chute. Linens and towels should be provided with beds already made for the cost of the rental. Kitchen was well equipped along with paper goods and non perishables left there by other renters.

This property was amazing and convenient. I would highly recommend this unit!!! It has so much room and everything you may need for kitchen needs such as cooking, making coffee and dining. I loved every aspect of this rental from start to finish. The only downfall was no luggage carts to get items to and from your car to the unit. Parking spaces are also a little tight, but manageable. This things are not deal breakers for staying here in my opinion. Would stay again!!!

Two Family Vacation

This property was an excellent selection. We were two families vacationing together. It was very roomie, and we did not feel like we were up against each other. It had a very well stocked kitchen, and the unit was very clean. I will also I slept very well; the beds were amazing. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom as it made it very nice for getting ready to go somewhere.

There were ants in the living room. Upon moving the couch to see where they were coming from (which was not hard to do) there were all kinds of chips, crumbs, etc under the furniture.

Great stay

Fabric on the couches had some stains. Bathroom showers had some mold. Otherwise really nice place, lots of room, great balcony, had pool to ourselves a number of times which the kids loved.

Fabulous condo on the beach in OC

This condo was wonderful. Enjoyed the space that was well appointed in every way. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Fabulous views of the ocean, 2 fireplaces and lots of books and games to enjoy. The location is great. Can walk to everything. The indoor pool on the roof was wonderful. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. I would recommend this place 100 percent. A real joy to stay here!!
