The master bedroom suite offers a King size bed, TV, bathroom with walk-in shower, and access to a furnished balcony. Across the hall, the secondary bedrooms 2 & 3 offer a Queen size bed with TV and Twin over Full Bunk w/Twin Trundle. A Full Bathroom with tub/shower combo is located in the hall.

Make your way up the stairs to find an elegantly upgraded fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances and everything you need cook and serve your family meals. This open concept and spacious living room offers seating for the entire family to relax. The dining area has ample seating, with an additional 2 barstools at the breakfast bar. 

The garage will accommodate 2 average size vehicles. Oversized vehicles will have to find street parking. In addition, this community has a huge outdoor pool and is just a short walk to the beach! You and your family can have your best vacation here at Sanibel Seas!! 

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals.  ID is required at check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.  Minimum age of primary renter is 25.
