Don’t listen to the google reviews my room was great clean has a microwave and fridge that worked well. AC worked amazing! The property is a little outdated and not perfectly maintained but it does not take away from the experience. Location is great. Only notes is a larger mirror would be nice and the couch cleaned but everything else was great!

For the price it's exactly what I needed. Definitely would stay here again. I'm not a needy traveler so the bare basics didn't bother me. But people should know in advance, you can hear a cough through the walls and everything that is taking place out in the parking lot. Thankfully all the other guests staying here understood the situation and we all had a good rest without incident.
