Historic downtown Ocean City vacationing at it's best! The building features three and four bedrooms, with two to three and a half baths. Some units offer two levels of comfort with an entry on each level. Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, inlet and pier rides, dining, shopping and more. You won't want to go home. Fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Washer, dryer, central air, whirlpool tub, fireplace, balconies, elevator and outside shower. Two car off-street parking under the building and an outdoor pool complete the package. NON-SMOKING units. Unit has a drip and a Keurig coffee maker.

Family vacation
The property was located in a nice area and close to everything you need. The pool was nice and kept clean. The only problem was one bedroom must of had a water leak and some of the drywall was removed and there was mold on the wall.

Nice place and location
This is a nice place. I actually think it looks better in person than in the pictures. Great location with only a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. If I had to say anything negative it would only be, paint the outside of the front door.
