Last original petite 1940 cottage at the beach. 300sqft. 2 blocks off the boardwalk, 1 block to the bay, skate park, tall ship pier & Chicago Ave Free fishing pier. Local attractions, tennis, basketball, skateboarding, shopping, restaurants and so much more are in walking distance if you desire.

The space
Many of the surrounding properties have been torn down and rebuilt into multi unit rentals. This cottage stands alone, surrounded by "progress". 1 bedroom with full bed, and loft with queen bed. 1 bath with stand up shower. Galley kitchen for cooking small meals. Pullout couch adjacent to galley kitchen for additional sleeping.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the cottage. Yard is SHARED with unit in front of cottage.

Other things to note
Free parking on the street. There is no driveway.
Guests are responsible to make their own beds with linens provided. Beds will not be made. Only clean linens. Guests are responsible to place all dirty linens in the hamper when they leave. All dirty dishes and utensils must be washed and put away as well.

Cleaning company does require that all dirty linens be placed in laundry basket on the day of your checkout.
Fresh linens are ALWAYS delivered from the launder the day of your arrival in a basket.
Guests are required to make the beds. Comforters do not get sent to the laundry. They remain in the bungalow to be disinfected and laundered separate.
