    The Space:

    Warm natural sunlight streams through the windows of this two-bedroom, bayfront condo in Old Town Ocean City. Wake up each morning to prepare breakfast in the fully appointed kitchen (with a dishwasher) and cap each evening on the balcony with an incredible sunset view. Additional amenities include a polished living room with a flatscreen TV, two bedrooms with flatscreen TVs of their own, air conditioning, free WiFi, and a washer/dryer for your bathing suits and beach towels. On the bayside grounds of White Marlin, you'll have access to an outdoor pool at the water's edge. The beach, the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, the fishing pier, and Ripley's Believe It or Not! are all just two blocks east, with a number of great restaurants, eateries, shops, bars, and sources of entertainment nearby as well. THINGS TO KNOW Due to construction for resurfacing and coating, the balcony will be closed off until Memorial Day 2023. Construction will resume following Labor Day 2023 and will conclude in full on Memorial Day 2024. Parking is free during periods of construction but will be enforced when no construction is occurring. Smoking is prohibited. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great Location

View and accommodations were fabulous. Quiet, family location and easy access to boardwalk and beach. Elevator and parking garage makes it convenient for carrying belonging to and from your room. Definitely recommend staying again.

Perfect location!

Everything beachy

This home is roomy enough for our family for meals and for hanging together. The two bathrooms help with getting ready. The location is a peaceful oasis in the vicinity of all the action.

Price for room was good but cleaning fee was 171 and other fees were ridiculous. The view was nice…amenities were very basic, cleaning could be a little better(shower curtain, tub backed up water, etc).. Have to drive up to the office to pick up keys. Overall stay was basic but because of all the fees I won’t be booking again.
