The Mooring 103 is a low-rise first floor condo that gives you the convenience you need to have a happy vacation, whether you are an early riser to see a sunrise or just want to sit on your private balcony and look at the breaking waves this is the place for you. For added convenience you can avoid the elevator if you like, there are stairs on each end of the building. The Mooring does have a handicap ramp to the elevator if needed. The well furnished condo, has an oceanfront master bedroom, a full kitchen, full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Free WIFI, 1 TV, and Central A/C. This condo has 1 assigned parking space, that is marked 103 directly behind the building. The maximum occupancy is 6. The property is non smoking, and pets are not allowed in the building. There are many nearby attractions that are within walking distance on the bay side for adults and kids alike.

Viewing and Listening to the OCEAN

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ocean. I spent most the time just setting on the balcony just watching and listening to ocean. The unit had everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Our only problem we had was the blankets having dog hair and white blanket was very dingy.

A solid choice

The condo is on the 2nd floor with a nice ocean view. It's relatively new and everything was clean and worked well. The beach is lovely if crowded. We visiting during the 4th of July week and you had to set-up camp by 9:30 to get a pole-position on the beach with an ocean view. By 11AM the whole beach was full 5 rows deep. Despite the crows, everyone was well behaved and it was overall lovely. My only complaint is with the property company. They sent a forest of email regarding rules, penalties, and responsibilities. There was no welcome or suggestions of what to do other than useless coupons. I also did not appreciate that the clean towels and linens were dumped in the kitchen in a plastic bag. We had to make the beds and strip them when we left. For the price, this should be included. In fact, the whole process felt like it was optimized for the property company to be bothered the least and make the most profit. And their office smelled and felt like a retirement home. Overall, lovely property and would visit again. A better property company would improve experience.
