    Sitting on the bay side of Ocean City, the sand and sea await at this lovely condo located just blocks from the beach and a short distance from the historic, three-mile-long Boardwalk with its midway-style games, seaside treats, and unique shops. This vacation rental boasts a full kitchen to make preparing home-cooked meals or heating up leftovers a snap! At the end of your day unwind and enjoy the bay breeze air while enjoying your favorite cocktail on the private, covered balcony. Everyday home essentials include central air-conditioning and free WiFi THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). This condo is not equipped with a washer/dryer. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
