Concert Weekends & Beach Fun – Ocean Waves 2BR Condo at Park Place

Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This two-level condo is ideally located on the bay block, just a short walk from the ocean and only three-quarters of a mile from the Inlet, home to rides, games, and endless boardwalk fun.

This bright and airy unit spans the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building and features:
• Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and private balcony
• Living room with a queen pull-out sofa and its own balcony
• One and a half bathrooms for added convenience
• Fresh linens provided with every stay for both bedrooms. **Please notify Host if linens needed for sleeper sofa**

***Please Note - Towels only provided between Memorial Day and Labor Day -- guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.***


From one side of the property, you can enjoy beautiful views of the bay, and just outside, you’ll find a the top rated public fishing pier.

The location is unbeatable—you’re within walking distance of countless attractions, including Sunsations, Funcade, Bird Dog Tavern, Thrasher’s French Fries, Pickles Pub (open year-round), and much more. A public park and skate park are also just a couple of blocks away.

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is between 9th AND 10th Street.
* We provide toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
