    The Space:

    Ocean Vista offers a great deck with views of the ocean and the perfect location for a laid-back family vacation. Sit back, relax and hear the waves! Convenient mid-town location close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach make this condo the perfect choice! Balcony newly refinished in May 2026! Welcome to our beach pad! Ocean Vista offers everything you will need during your beach stay. A large bedroom with two queen beds offers cable access as well as a smart TV. Put the kids to sleep with a movie night while you enjoy some adult time. Shower down the hall in a nice-size bathroom. The large kitchen offers a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stack washer/ dryer duo (no need to take home dirty laundry). The living area is equipped with two comfortable couches (one is a pull-out sleeper for two), a smart TV for your pleasure, as well as some board games. The dining room table seats four, but most people will probably want to dine outdoors on the newly refinished deck enjoying a view of the ocean. There's plenty of seating out on the deck for everyone, as well as some lounge chairs. There are several great restaurants nearby; there's no need to drive anywhere once you park! Brand-new deck and updated furnishings coming soon Please note that this retreat offers one-car parking in a Tandem style lot shared between three units (middle row) in the building. The use of the lot is at guests' own risk. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Gem of a Beach Condo

This condo has all the beach charm you could ask for. Lots of wood planking and easy to clean surfaces, an enormous, ocean view deck, and spacious rooms including a generous bathroom. This is the first place we've stayed with only one bathroom and it worked out fine - don't let that dissuade you! The owners have ensured that it is a comfortable place that feels like a home away from home. The welcome package with hotel like toiletries was great. The condo is walking distance from so much - you can park and forget about your car. We thought the tandem parking would be weird but no one ever parked in our row - and even if they had, there's just plenty to walk to and there is the beach bus. Highly recommend this special place. It will be the first place we look when we return.

A Perfect Little Cottage Condo

Stepping inside this condo is like being in a cottage by the sea. There is ample room in the kitchen and living area to spread out and relax, and we were on the beach in less than a minute of walking. Probably thirty seconds. The condo is also close to restaurants and transportation - just a wonderful location. We hope to stay again and again.

Perfect Vacation Place

We went as a short getaway 2 adults 2 kids and it was perfect! Absolutely love that we wouldn’t have to drive anywhere if we didn’t want to after we got there! The beach was a few steps away! Hearing the ocean on the porch with a morning coffee or evening game night! Loved having a full fridge and stove to cook if we wanted to! WiFi and TV were a plus also connected to streaming services for a relaxing evening! Both AC units kept the place nice and cool! Place was decorated so cute and updated. Grateful for the welcome package of items for dishes, showers and use of the washer and dryer! We would definitely stay again on our next vacation there. Easy check in and check out and code entrance. Would highly recommend staying here

So Close to the Beach!

This place was literally just steps to the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable and more than big enough for out family of 4. The biggest draw is the amazingly large deck off the front of the building. It has a high top table and chairs as well as a picnic table and still has tons of room. If I had realized it was so big I would have brought along my yoga mat for the mornings! I felt the kitchen was adequate. I would have loved a crockpot and blender, but I brought my own from home. The bedroom had 2 queen beds that were pretty comfy and the sheets and blankets were clean. We'd definitely stay here again.
