Cozy Coastal Ocean Block Condo, Mid town with a pool!!
- Welcome to our cozy clean and comfortable condo! Just steps away from the beach or a refreshing pool to swim in. Located across the street is Fager's Island where the sunsets are incredible. Bad Monkey, Alley Oops, Dunkin Donuts, Fractured Prune and many more great places within walking distance. Relax on back deck enjoying the sound of the waves or enjoy coffee in the morning watching the sunrise.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
1. This condo is on the 3rd floor (no elevator)
2. You get two parking spaces
3. We do not supply any linens for beds (sheets, pillow cases or blankets) Bath towels or any toiletries are also not supplied
4. Per condo rules NO PETS ALLOWED
5. No Smoking of any kind in the Condo
6. We do not rent to high school seniors or their parents renting for them.
7. Must be 25 or older to rent
