Large nicely decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in a mid-rise building. Side view of the ocean from the large balcony. Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and central air. Outdoor pool, elevator and two parking spaces. Walk to dining, shopping and activities. No smoking. No pets, please.
New for 2026 all TV's were replaced with Smart TV's and new living room furniture.
