Beautifully updated unit!! An open living area with new hardwood floors and completely new kitchen. Living room has a TV & DVD Player. Master bedroom has a king size bed and another TV. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Washer/Dryer in Unit. Balcony along living room with southern exposure offers an ocean view and great bay views, sunsets on the bay and city lights at night. This property rents in our mini week program with flexible turn days, allowing check in and check out any day with a three day minimum. Max. occupancy 6. This is a non-smoking unit. Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, ping pong tables, FREE wireless internet access available in unit or available on the second floor and an arcade game room which includes pool tables.
