Direct Bayfront Condo with Great Views and Sunsets

Direct bayfront condo in Ocean City, Maryland with beautiful views and awesome sunsets. This condo offers one bedroom, one full-bathroom and an open living area. The living area features the bayfront living room with a sleeper-sofa and a sleeper chair and a fully-equipped kitchen with a convenient counter to dine at. There is a generously sized private balcony off of the living area and master bedroom that features sun-loungers and a dining table. This is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the tranquil bayfront setting. The bedroom is also direct bayfront with great views and features a queen-sized bed, television and balcony access. The full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. The condo has been nicely updated and is in good condition. Building amenities include onsite parking, elevator and a waterfront boardwalk. Good restaurants, the beach, shopping, parks, coffee shops and more are all nearby. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Unit is located on the second floor.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. The Reservation will be in effect upon
receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Great condo with beautiful sunset views. Very clean and loved the coastal vibe decorations. Washer/Dryer and linen package were huge bonuses for our stay. Walkable neighborhood and easy 1 mile walk to the beach. The condo complex was also very quiet. Would definitely stay again!
