Start your day with a leisurely breakfast and a cup of coffee on the expansive private oceanfront balcony, where panoramic sea views await. In the evening, transition to your second private balcony with stunning bay views—an ideal spot for drinks as you watch the mesmerizing sunset. This condo comfortably accommodates guests with two private bedrooms, each designed for ultimate relaxation after a day at the beach.

The fully upgraded kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience, making your beach stay feel like home.

This condo blends coastal charm with modern comfort, offering a prime location, spacious balconies, and thoughtful amenities to make your stay truly special. From sunrise to sunset, you’ll love the unbeatable oceanfront setting.

For your convenience, we offer a linen drop-off service, so you won’t need to bring your own. Upon arrival, a freshly laundered linen package will be waiting at your door, including sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Please note that beach towels are not provided. At the end of your stay, simply return all linens in the provided bag for pickup.

Furniture & furnishings are in need of cleaning/refreshing. Kitchen not equipped for much cooking. Beds are cheap & hard with foam toppers. topperstoppers

This was a great little condo. They included soap, dishes and some cleaning supplies. There were a couple of details that could maybe use replacing (like one or two throw pillows), but overall it is a pretty nice place. There was some minimal sand and some crumbs in the couch when we pulled out the sofa bed—but overall it was clean and well kempt. The beach this far north had different sand—it was grittier and didn’t firm up with water. The walk to the beach was lovely, they had multiple rinsing options along the private boardwalk to the beach, and a nice pool that was open even though it was after Labor Day. It was a bummer that the grill was charge per use. The owner’s policy is no smoking, but the building policy allowed smoking on the bay side balcony—I didn’t love that because I loathe the smell of cigarettes. The balcony right at the water was beautiful—we could hear the ocean at night, too! Overall a great place to stay if you don’t want to be in the main boardwalk area.
