  • Two bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo on 13th floor, located on 109th Street. Has 1 queen, 2 fulls, and a queen sleep sofa. Full kitchen with dishwasher, new stove and microwave (April 2024), washer/dryer, central air, 2 TV’s, and 1 DVD player. No WiFi. Building has elevators, indoor & outdoor pools, kiddie pool, tennis courts, game room, gym, beach bar & grill (summer only), and more. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. $75 Registration Fee due at arrival to the Golden Sands complex. No smoking is permitted inside the condo, on the balcony, or on the Condominium grounds, except where 2 designated smoking areas are identified. No pets. Sheets to bring: 2 queen, 2 full. New flooring, paint for 2025. CONTROL#0032502
