    This coastal condo is just over a block from the boardwalk and within walking distance of downtown festivals, events, shops, and restaurants. Its two-story interior is well-appointed for family-friendly comfort complete with recently updated fixtures and furnishings. Nearby attractions within walking distance include the Ocean City Pier, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and the White Marlin Marina - home of the White Marlin Open.



    The condo showcases pleasing nautical decor and vibrant accents like a cool, ambient glow strip along the stairs. Books and a smart TV are available in the living room, while the upstairs bedroom includes another smart TV and an air hockey table for added entertainment. The full kitchen is equipped for whipping up beach snacks or home-cooked meals. Powerful mounted air-conditioners and free WiFi round out the contemporary home essentials.

    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
