    EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

    Trailers are not permitted to be parked on the property or in the parking lot.

    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The location was excellent, with beautiful sunset views and easy access to everything we wanted to do. One feature we especially loved was that each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made the stay very comfortable for our group.The only challenge we encountered was parking. The property includes one parking space, but we had an additional vehicle and, being new to the area, we found it difficult to locate nearby parking options. The closest parking we found was about half a mile away and quite expensive (around 80 per day, if I remember correctly). It would have been helpful to have more guidance or recommendations for nearby parking.Other than that, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

1 week before I was expected to come down, I was notified that the second bathrooms tub was broken. The was no sense to try and fix the issue before we arrived. I was told I would get an 80 refund and I have yet to see the refund I've contacted the company numerous times to only hear we are waiting for a respone and to to be patient.The bottom of the stove was broken and fixed the next day. The oven had a pan in it with burnt food. The dishwasher was broken and did not clean any of the dishes. The mattress for the primary bedroom that has the balcony was not correctly advertised. Its an air mattress and very uncomfortable. I will not be staying at Wight Bay again. As a suggestion especially with after season is to allow for 2 vehicle's to park.
