You are also located near many great restaurants, whether you're looking for a quick bite or some great seafood! Diamond Beach 516 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 5th floor. There is a full kitchen, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, 2 TV's, and free WiFi. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, 1 twin bed and a full bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. There is parking for 2 vehicles. No smoking and no pets. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a dance convention. At the performing arts center bayside directly across from the condo. The elevator, parking,kitchen, 2 bathrooms for my 3 daughter's dancing/ getting ready early mornings was priceless. The office staff and Kim Looney were so kind and professional. Can't thank you enough!!
