  • Just a few sandy footsteps to the beach. Enjoy the beautiful view from our 2nd floor balcony. 1 assigned space + overflow parking. Updated bathrooms, new kitchen, c/a, washer/dryer, d/w, cable and free wifi. Outdoor shower. Non smoking. No pets. Quiet northern, less crowded part of the island. Easy access to North End Park for fishing, crabbing, jogging paths, kiddie playground and ball parks just across the street. 17 miles south of tax free Rehoboth Outlet shopping. Close to lots of restaurants and mini golf courses, movie theaters and public transportation. Ideal for families. No senior week rentals please. Family friendly 6 unit building.
