Each unit features living room with large dining area, a kitchen with all major appliances, full size washer, dryer, and central air. Building amenities include: on-site parking, outdoor pool, sundeck and a tennis court. The building charges a non-refundable parking fee. Second car parking may be available for an additional fee. This building is very popular and located close to shopping and restaurants-if you delay your spot will be gone!
