  • Gateway Grand 403 is a beautiful side unit in an oceanfront building on 48th street. Deluxe oceanfront building with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. This decorator furnished 3BR, 3BA condo will offer all the luxury for a fantastic vacation. Bed sizes include a king, a queen, 2 singles, and 1 queen sleep sofa. Sheets and towels are provided by owner, guests supplies soaps and paper products. Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 nights off season. Drip coffee maker.
    Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. No pets, please. $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due upon arrival to Gateway Grand.
    Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed.
