Gateway Grand 902 is a gorgeous SIDE UNIT IN OCEANFRONT BUILDING. Deluxe oceanfront building on 48th street with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. This decorator furnished 3BR, 3BA condo will offer all the luxury for a fantastic vacation. Bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 singles. Price includes linen package. Guest supplies all paper and soaps. Storage locker includes umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, toys and a beach cart. The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday. The Gateway Grand charges an $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
Non-smoking building except in designated areas. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Beautiful, relaxing, wonderful property

Beautiful beachfront building with pools! My family of four had a wonderful vacation with room to spare! Condo has wonderful southern views of ocean and bay, well-equipped kitchen for gourmet meals, easy garage parking. Add in lovely decor and a storage unit filled with sand chairs, bikes, boards, and umbrellas for renters use, and you’ve got paradise

Exactly as shown

The condo was exactly as shown. My son and his two daughters and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was supplied, dishes, pots and pans etc. we are going to book for next year. Great location also.
