The place was in a beautiful location but I rated it overall poor for the following reasons. First you have to make your own beds with laundry that is left in a bag outside the door. We arrived late at night so the bedding was damp and had bugs in it. There also was limited toilet paper, no trash bag in the can (we had to search for one), no dish soap (but you have to do the dishes) and no hand soaps in any of the bathrooms. We questioned how often the comforter was cleaned as that was not in the laundry bag nor was it requested to be put in it when we left. We opted not to use it. The location is amazing, the view is amazing but the little things added up to be just to many to rate higher overall and that’s unfortunate because without those issues this place is amazing!

I want to thank you Sharon for having us at your place. The unit was clean, and had everything we needed. The balcony was so nice to sit on in the morning and evenings. Perfect place for 2 couples. Even the beds were comfortable. We recommend this place to everyone

Perfect small family condo
The property owners were very responsive. Was the perfect place for my family and it too rest our heads after long days at the Jolly Rodger amusement park ,splash mountain and of course the beach.

Nice place on the bay
Quiet, beautiful view of the bay. Fun fishing from private dock . Walked to Jolly Roger water park. Not a bad walk to the beach. We drove the few blocks to the boardwalk.

The property was peaceful and was right on the bay. Also very close to boardwalk. The deck was a pleasant place to eat. The beds were comfortable. The owners had quick response when we needed something. Will visit again!

Had a nice stay here. The place was clean, easy to communicate with the owners, great view., nice central location. The only complaint I would have is lack of blankets. There were 5 of us and my son was sleeping on the sofa bed. Though Sharon did mention to bring a sheet for it, he had no blanket as there were only 2 there…one for each bedroom. We flew in so it wouldn’t have been possible to bring one anyway even if we did know. Everything else we needed was available. But other than that….fabulous place to stay!! If I returned to the area I would book there again!

Lovely condo with great views
We were so comfortable staying at this clean, well laid-out space. We are two couples who wanted a quiet weekend on the water and near the restaurants (we stayed here off-season). The condo is laid out to allow for privacy with the bedrooms, but a cozy gathering space in the kitchen and living room. The balcony is spacious with comfortable deck furniture. Our host, Sharon, was responsive and courteous. We highly recommend this place!

Awesome off season rental
Had a great time in Ocean City, the host was very accommodating and made everything easy for us. The place was nice and clean, but the beds were not as big as we expected (they were closer to full size beds than queen size). Great location just a few blocks away from the beach l/boardwalk, and a very nice view of the bay from the deck.

Nicer than we expected!
We loved the location! This was our first time staying on the Bay side. It was an easy walk to the beach. The unit was very clean. The pictures of the balcony did not do it justice; it’s so much nicer in person! We would definitely stay there again!

A great place in a great location
This was my family's second straight year staying at this property. Ample space for 6 people, full fridge if you decide to bring food instead of going out. We will definitely look for this property again. I can't recommend it enough. As far as I could tell, there were no negatives at all.

We arrived there on a sunday. No AC. till monday . Also could not use the shower in one bathroom. The floors were dirty. I had to sweep and mop. But the owners were very apologetic about it all. Gave us one day free.

A very nice and quite place.
Excellent view of the bay in a quiet, somewhat secluded setting. Rooms laid out nicely and enjoyed the small touches like having coffee and filters, cooking oil, etc. already there. Everything worked and everything was clean upon arrival. Essentially able to move in with minimal grocery shopping, Not right by the beach (wasn't important to us) but easier access to everything else and away from the noise and bustle - especially useful during Bike Week! Overall, a nice, clean, relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommended.

Pictures don’t say enough! The property was perfect for our family of 4 and was close enough to everything, but just enough out of the way for peace and quiet. Didn’t need to bring anything, the place is fully stocked. The owners are great people to rent from, very welcoming and they event sent us a text the morning of our departure and gave us a later check out due to the house cleaning schedule. They didn’t have to do that, but it made our morning much less hectic. We will be back for sure!!!!

Loved this place! Had everything we needed and a beautiful view of the bay! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed. Pool was a short walk across the street and not crowded. Beach access was a nice walk across the street. We were close to everything and just a few blocks from the boardwalk. Check-in was easy and we loved that we didn't need to check out until 11:00am. as we got to enjoy the beach once last time. Overall a great find!

Great property and amazing view
The place was very nice. There was plenty of room for the whole group. It was a great location and the kids really loved having Jolly Roger amusement park right there. There was plenty of street parking for additional cars. The view of the bay from the back deck was really impressive. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to stay here again. The owners were also extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with.

We stayed at the property the week of the 4th of July. It was exactly as described. We had plenty of room for our family, and a short walk to the beach. The pool was conveniently located and parking was ample. Will stay again!

The place was very nice and clean. The location is also great. It is right next to main street of ocean city and another block or two away from the beach. It is walking distance from alot of the great attractions in ocean city. The owners were great and very helpful and were very easy to get in contact with about any issues or questions you have.

The condo was clean and well stocked with extra towels and blankets. Location is perfect. It's way back off of costal highway so it is peaceful. But yet it is still right in the middle of everything. The view is stunning. Seriously absolutely gorgeous. We definitely chose this place for the view but everything else was wonderful too. Would definitely recommend this place!

Everything was wonderful at the condo. The master bedroom is in the front of the condo, however it was very quiet - you could not hear the traffic. The kitchen was supplied with the essentials. The condo was centrally located and we either walked or took the bus. We are putting this one on our list for next year.

Clean rental, every amenity you can think of. The owner is a sweetheart! Very attentive! Everything was included with the rental. Linens, towels, board games, pool games, soap, laundry detergent. The apartment was very well kept. Right on the water. Great location. And, cost wise, it was a steal! We will become yearly occupants!

Spectacular stay!!
This place was perfect for our family of 5!! It was clean, well maintained, and well equipped with everything we would possibly need for our trip. I loved sitting out on the deck by the water, and the condo was very comfortable. Walking distance to many things, including the beach, and just a short drive to the boardwalk. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the pool was unavailable due to some issue during our stay, BUT that is no reflection on Sharon or the condo itself. Besides that, everything was perfect! We would definitely consider staying again next year!!

Perfect for our family!
We had a wonderful stay. The 2 bedrooms worked great for our family. The balcony overlooks the bay. We had a wonderful visit from a few dozen dolphins in the bay the morning we were leaving. We felt so close to them and enjoyed watching them play.
