Just 4 blocks from the beach and end of the Boardwalk, this condo offers a relaxing retreat. Within walking distance are bus and tram services, restaurants, stores, bicycle and scooter rentals. Each bedroom features a full-size bed and twin bunk beds while the kitchen is fully furnished with all amenities including pots/pans/cookware/dishes/glassware/microwave/toaster/coffee maker/blender.

You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

To complete your reservation, you are required to complete and submit the Lodging Agreement, Guest List as well as provide the driver's license of the person age 25+ who signs the Lodging Agreement to the owner. The email is beachlover85@verizon.net.
We are just 4 blocks from the beach and end of the Boardwalk. Within walking distance are bus and tram services, a variety of restaurants, stores, bicycle and scooter rentals, water sports and Jolly Rogers Water Park. A short distance away are more shopping and restaurant options, miniature golf locations as well as Assateague Island, Berlin and Delaware.
Our condo is available for family and friend groups as well as student groups of up to 8 guests. We request compliance with the Condo Rules to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay. It is recommended that your pets are current on vaccines and flea/tick treatment. Please let us know the number of pets you will be bringing. Pet fees are $75 per pet. Please ensure that you indicate the number of pets you are bringing.
Free on-site parking is available in the parking lot for only one vehicle per each unit. Violation is subject to towing. Free street parking is also available for additional vehicles.
Free WiFi is included.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all amenities, including pots, pans, cookware, dishes, glassware, coffee mugs, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender.
Each Bedroom features a full-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to sleep on the top bunk beds. Linens and towels ARE NOT PROVIDED but we do provide mattress covers, comforters and additional pillows and blankets. There is a towel and linen rental agency in the area - https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com.
The laundry room contains an iron and ironing board along with a dog / baby gate.
We provide 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels at the start of your stay.
Smoking is only permitted outside the condo. Please use the ash trays. Please be sure to pick up all trash outside the unit. The trash bin is located on the left front side of the parking lot next to the sidewalk. We do encourage recycling however you would have to drop off recyclable items at the lot across from Walmart.
There is a water hose on the left side of the house for rinsing off after your trip to the beach. A picnic table and charcoal grill are located in the back yard.

The pictures didn’t do this place the justice it deserved . It was a small convenient walk to the beach. The host was understanding and willing to accommodate me with the hurricane issues but luckily it didn’t interfere with our trip. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Great Location

The co do is tucked back at the end of a street in a cul de sac. Very quiet. Within walking distance to the beach. The end of the boardwalk was a short two blocks away. 2 blocks away from Old Pro golf course with 27 holes. Very clean open spaces. Very pet friendly with a nice backyard to walk the dogs.

It was a perfect fit for our family of 8 - 4 boys and 4 girls. It was the perfect distance to the sand, sun, and fun. Our only mistake was planting ourselves at the north end of the boardwalk, not realizing the closest public bathroom was 19 blocks away! (we should have just gone back to the house, but thats a lot of sand!) We will definitely return in the future. We left it clean and tidy. We even got a previous renter's pet fur off the floor! :D Thank you for an excellent stay.

Great Labor Day Get Away

Went down for the weekend with my Family and Grandkids. The owner was nice and she was staying at the place also that week. The place is way bigger than it looks in Pictures. We will be back next year.

My sister and I enjoyed ourselves and it was a pet friendly place and I was glad to bring my dogs.

Great place and close to the boardwalk

This was a very nice condo. Had lots of room for all of us, we had 6 in our party. It was great having the washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms! Pretty quiet neighborhood since it was at the end of a cul-de-sac. Only issue we had was with the guys staying below us. They got a little loud at 3am the first night and woke us all up. We asked them to keep it quiet and they did after that and we had.no further issues Definitely needs some soundproofing. Was nice that we had the backyard for our dog with easy access from the back deck. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location

This was our second time staying at the property and we had another great time! Being so close to the restaurants and the beaches of OC is so convenient and the property itself is a great space to hangout. We also appreciated there were available street parking spaces to put our second vehicle we brought. One downside we found again was that the WiFi connection was not working for us. The cellular connection was good but there were times we wish we had WiFi particularly to use the Roku TV for streaming. Also we had to move an HDMI cord from one bedroom to the living room to improve the picture quality of the TV.

Ocean City Getaway

Very nice condo and was very clean.. Unit was located on a dead end street so it was very quiet. Everything was close by or a short drive. Our only complaint would be that the building was suppose to be smoke free. We all smoked outside, the unit below did not. And they were not smoking cigarettes, so the smell of pot at least 5 times a day for the entire week was a real turn off. If it would have been occasionally, we wouldn't have minded. But not every day, all day. The unit below also did not obey any of the condo rules regarding parking. At one point, they had at least 4 different vehicles there, parked wherever they wanted. We didn't raise a fuss in order to keep the peace. If it wasn't for the group staying in unit 1, the trip would have been amazing!

Our small family plus our dog really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Set on a quiet cul-de-sac just off the main strip, walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf, water park, and amusement park. Condo was very clean and spacious.

Great Location Near the Beach

My family and I stayed here last year. We had a great time. The location is perfect to many resturants, the beach, and activities for adults and children. The property had eveything we needed and was comfortable. We will definitely stay here next year.

Great location, great apartment

We had a party of six - four adults and two children - stay over two nights. The location was unbeatable and the place was very clean, and everything was as advertised. Highly recommend.
